Privacy Policy — Updated Oct 19, 2026
来客相机 provides recording, teleprompting and AI narration for uses such as property tours. We process listing text you enter, text extracted locally from a PDF, and images you explicitly select solely to generate scripts. Original PDF files are not uploaded. Older versions use IDFV for free quotas. Newer versions offering the 14-day trial store the initial IDFV, or a random identifier if unavailable, in this device's Keychain without iCloud sync. The identifier is sent to our server, which associates its hash with the trial start time and daily usage and calculates expiry from that start. Apple-signed transaction receipts verify paid subscriptions. Recorded videos stay on your device and are never uploaded. We never scan your photo library; script drafts stay locally on your device.
After accepting the updated in-app notice, your listing text, PDF-extracted text and selected images are sent through our mainland China backend to DeepSeek, with ModelScope API-Inference as a fallback on service failure. Their handling and retention are governed by their respective policies and terms; we do not promise zero retention by third parties. Older clients that accepted the previous notice continue to use Google Gemini through our Tokyo gateway until upgraded, involving international data transfers governed by Google's privacy policy and applicable terms. Device identifiers and purchase receipts are not sent to AI. You may withdraw consent in About & Privacy (or the script screen in older versions) to stop new submissions. Our application backend does not persist source text or images; service gateways retain operational metadata. We do not use your content for training.
Trial expiry uses server time. Trial daily usage resets at midnight Beijing time, but the trial start record does not reset with it. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove the Keychain identifier or server records; reinstalling may remain linked to them. Minimal records are retained to determine trial eligibility and expiry and prevent repeated claims. Contact us to request access or deletion. Apple handles payments. We do not sell personal information. This app is not directed at children under 13. For questions, contact 178272907@qq.com.
